Project background:
At the sunset of life, old people reflect upon the years that have passed away. It is a time to prepare for transition to the other world. Their hearts become soft and set for hearing the message about God and talking on spiritual issues. They are glad to receve the Scriptures, but due to their poor eyesight they can only read extra large print books.
As concerns the people suffering chronic diseases of the mind, matters stand differently. Much depends on the personnel. Dealing with the patients daily, they know how to manage them. And we hope on them to be willing to read the Word of God to such people. In any case, it is our task to give them the Scriptures, because no one else will do that. Let's pray for these poor people so that God's mercy and love penetrate their hearts through His Word.
